Cheif Executive Trainer and Co-Founder
Ron has a deep background in Fitness and Martial Arts. Ron holds Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo Karate, a Red Belt in Wado-Ryu Karate as well as training in Capoeira and Muay Thai Kickboxing by way of Tiger Muay Thai in Thailand. Ron was also a former amateur Pennsylvania Golden Gloves competitor, and amateur kickboxer. Ron has also been a Group Fitness, Boot Camp, and Personal Fitness Trainer in the tri-state area for over 20 years.
Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder
Eddie has been in the professional fitness field for eight years. Starting as a sports trainer for high school and collegiate basketball athletes he decided to branch out more to help the general fitness population as well. He has also been a manager for Planet Fitness, LA Fitness, Sweat Fitness (East Falls location) and Instructor & Assistant Manager of iLoveKickBoxing.
Chief Operation Officer and Co-Founder
Darian has been kickboxing for two years, and dedicated all her time to become an instructor for those to years. Fresh out of college with a B.A. in Journalism from Temple University, she joined the team as an ilovekickboxing instructor and quickly scaled the ranks to Franchise Manager. She has developed training programs for multiple ilovekickboxing franchises on form, teamwork, management, customer service, and sales. She is the founder of a new magazine in Philadelphia and a grad student at Syracuse University, but RCF will always be her first love.
